ROBLYER : General Contractor : IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA WHEREAS, James J. Hayney of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011 is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Jason S. Roblyer, General Contractor of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, for the erection of certain improvements and structures upon land, known as 37 North Nineteenth Street, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. NOW, this ~ 5~ day of ~P 0'~0~.~ , 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said James J. Hay]ney, Owner to the said Jason S. Roblyer, General Contractor to commence work on said improvements, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Jason S. Robyler and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) Jason S. Robyler, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the improvements by the General Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said improvements, the right to file such liens being express. ¥¥ITNESSETH, our hands and seals the day and year first wr/tten.
