The parties hereto, Jane E. And Walter E. Renaut and Jeremiah Deardorff, are
the grandpartents and father of James Quade Wolfe born May 5, 1995. The parties
agree that the grandparents, Jane E. And Walter E. Renaut, shall have legal custody of
the minor child, James Quade Wolfe. The grandparents shall also have primary
physical custody of Jarnes Quade Wolfe subject to vistation or partial custody with thA
father as the parties may agree from time to time.
The parties agree that this custody Agreement shall be entered as an Order of
Court.
In witness whereof, the undersigned parties havo executed this Agreement this
