PRE-TRIAL MEMO
AND NOW, December 27, 2007, Alice Phillips, the Petitioner, presented this
Court with a Motion in Limine. Briefs shall be filed on or before Janaury 4, 2008, with
responsive Briefs filed by January 25, 2008, and any reply brief by February 8, 2008.
Thereafter Oral Argument, by telephone, shall be scheduled by Court Administration.
Hearing in this matter shall be scheduled for June of 2008, and the attorneys shall
give Court Administration at least two blocks of time, three days each, for a hearing
before the undersigned Judge.
Partial accounting shall be submitted to the Court, by the Executor, by February
2, 2008.
Petitioner agrees to stay any objections to said accounting until a hearing in this
matter has been held and the Court has ruled on his client's status as beneficiar)'..;

It is anticipated that the children will be filing a Petition to Exclude Petitioner
from the marital home, however, this Court will not rule on said issue until after the
hearing in this matter in June.
