This letter will inform you that I represent Myrl I. Hockenberry, of Carlise,
Pennsylvania, sole surviving heir of his brother, M. James Hockenberry, above noted. Joint
accounts existed at the time of the death of M. James Hockenberry, on which tax will accrue as
a condition of the transfer to the surviving depositor.
You will find enclosed herewith the check of Myrl I. Hockenberry, payable to the
"Register of Wills - Agent", for the sum of $9,600.00. Please accept the payment on account of
inheritance taxes, assign a number to the transaction, and return the receipt to me at the address
noted on this letterhead.
