STI~ULATION A~AINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 3rd day of December,
by and between
HOME DESIGNS UNLIMITED
2003
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
SHANE STONEROAD AND TRACY STONEROAD, husband and wife
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a
single family dwelling, in LOT #143, 2310 GREENBRIAR LANE, HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP, ENOLA,
PENNSYLVANIA, 17025
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to Contractor it in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by
them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, ~n, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said
Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly
waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the
right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain piece:, parcel or lot of land situatd in Hampd? Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGLNNING at apoi~t on the Western right-of-way line of Greenbriar Lane (50.00 feet
wide), sa/d point being located at the Northeastern comer of lands now or formerly of John J. and
Mm-,/E. Prendergast; then alc ng said lands of Prendergast and partially along lands now or
formerly of Frederick R. and )eborah A. Belinskas, South 83 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds
West, for a distance of 139.6-' feet, to a point in line of said lands of Bdl~skas; then along smd
lands of Belinskas and along land now or formerly of Gale W. and Lana E. Meidinger, North 03
degrees 13 minutes 23 seconds West, for a d/stance of 123.61 feet, to a poh~t at the Southwestern
comer of Lot No. 144; then along the Southern boundary line of Lot No. 144, North 85 degrees
51 minutes 38 seconds East, £)r a distance of 134.76 feet, to a point on the Western right-of-way
line of Greenbriar Lane (50.00 feet wide); then along said right-of-way line on the arc of a circle
curving to the left, having a radius of 2,525.00 feet, and an arc length of 101.82 feet, to a point
along same; then South 06 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds East, for a distance of 16.08 feet, to a
point and the place of BEGINNING.
This piece, parcel or lot of lan, t consists of approximately 16,506 square feet of land, and is
known and numbered as Lot/',b. 143 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Westbury - Phases V/IA
and VIIB, which is recorded ir Cumberland County in Plan Book 86, Page 4.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which The McNaughton Company by its Deed
dated~~'~ ',2003 and about to be recorded in the
Office of t~e Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Shane Stoneroad and Tracy
Stoneroad, h/w,_Mortgagors herein.
