The partnership of Buckley, Heineman, Shughart & Stewart,
formerly, Buckley, Heineman & Shughart, hereby amends its
Certificate of Partnership filed on March 28, 1979 as follows:
1. The address of the partnership shall be changed to 1702
Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013.
2. In all other aspects the partnership shall continue to
operate in accordance with the Certificate of Registration as
originally filed and as amended on September 19, 1984 and April 22,
1993.
