JOINT CUSTODY AGREEMENT
AND NOW, come the parties hereto, Teresa L. Paulhamus (Mother) and Brian D.
ivlcCleaf (r ather j and make the following Joint Custody Agreement with regard to their natural
born daughter, Lindsie Rochelle (Child), DOB, May 22, 1985, wishing to make known and agree
to, the following:
1. Mother has had primary Physical Custody of child.
2. Mother agrees that Father shall have primary Physical and/or Legal Custody of
the Child.
