Washington, it is Ordered and directed as follows: 1. William L. Washington shall share legal custody of the minor child, Brandon Ashley Hetrick, born September 14, 1982 with Colonel Gerald E. Ferguson, Jr. and Barbara Ferguson. 2. Colonel Gerald E. Ferguson, Jr. and Barbara Ferguson will enjoy primary physical custody of the child and the father, William L. Washington, will enjoy periods of partial custody with the child which will include an extended period of visitation sometime between April 16, 2000 and September 2000 for a period that will be agreed upon between the parties. 3. This Court shall continue jurisdiction in this matter and this Order shall not be changed without further Order of Court or by agreement between the parties. ~ - c> i,._ ~-. Washington, Plaintiff, is the father and legal guardian of the minor, Brandon Ashley Hetrick, born September 14, 1982. 2. On December 18, 1985, by Order of Court, the Plaintiff received primary, physical and legal custody of the child, Brandon Ashley Hetrick. 3. The Plaintiff now desires #hat primary physical custody be transferred to Colonel Gerald E. Ferguson, Jr. and Barbara Ferguson, currently active duty United States Military personnel stationed in Germany. 4. Since January, 2000, the minor child has resided with the Ferguson's in Germany and this Stipulation will grant the Ferguson's the necessary legal authority to allow Brandon to be considered their dependant for all legal and military purposes. 5. The parties agree that the father will have such periods of partial custody as they can agree to between themselves including an extended period between April 16, 2000 and September 2000. 6.
