STIPULATION OF COUNSEL
TO AMEND ORDER OF VISITATION AND CUSTODY
The parties hereby stipulate to the following custody and partial custody arrangement
with respect to their children, and ask that the Court amend its Order of December 30, 1981, a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", accordingly:
1. Primary physical custody of the minor children, SCOTT JAMES FARMER, born
June 8, 1977, and JESSICA CHRISTINE FARMER, born October 17, 1978, shall be and remain
in Respondent, ANGELA KAY FARMER, now ANGELA KAY HOON, by subsequent marriage, the
natural mother, subject to the following rights of partial custody of the natural iatiier, ,jAivii;S ;,.
FARMER:
a. The second weekend of each month from between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., on
Friday evening until between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, with the understanding that
the work schedule of JAMES L. FARMER is variable, and both Petitioner and respondent agree
to be as flexible as possible in rescheduling partial custody when employment considerations render
partial custody on the second weekend of the month impractical, and further both parties agree to
give as much notice as possible when adjustments are required in the partial custody schedule.
b. Petitioner shall have custody of the aforesaid children from 2:00 p.m. until
8:00 p.m. on Christmas Day, and custody shall alternate on all other major holidays, which shall
include Thanksgiving, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July, with Petitioners
partial custody on said days being from 8:00 p.m. the night before until 8:00 p.m. the night of the
holiday;
c. Petitioner shall give at least forty-eight (48) hours notice, in advance, if he
will not be exercising his partial custody rights on either Christmas or any other major holiday;
d. Petitioner shall provide transportation to any school athletic event in which
the children may be participating on those days during which he has partial custody;
e. Petitioner or his fiancee agree to exercise reasonable supervision over the
children during evening hours while in this partial custody;
f. Petitioner shall have two weeks of partial custody of the children during the
children's summer vacation, but these two weeks shall not be consecutive, and the dates for this
partial custody shall be agreed upon by the parties as early as possible in advance of the visitation;
g. Petitioner shall pick up the children at the end of the driveway on such
times as he exercises his partial custody;
2. It is understood and agreed that this Stipulation shall be entered as an Order of
Court and filed to the above number and year.
