10/27/2010 07:10 PM - Robert Bitner, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on October
27, 2010 at 1910 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Curtis J. Johnson, by making known unto Curtis Johnson, at 411 Mountain View Road, Mount Holly
Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065, its contents and at the same time handing to him
personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was
completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 10-29-10.
12/07/2010 Sheriffs sale scheduled for Monday, January 3, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.
12/09/2010 05:50 PM -Sale bill posted on December 9, 2010 at 1742 hours by Deputy Shawn Gutshall. Sale date
