AND NOW, December 27, 2007, Alice Phillips, the Petitioner, presented this
Court with a Motion in Limine. Briefs shall be filed on or before J an3ury 4, 2008, with
responsive Briefs flied by January 25, 2008, and any reply brief by February 8, 2008.
Thereafter Oral Argument, by telephone, shall be scheduled by Court Administration.
Hearing in this matter shall be scheduled for June of 2008, and tbe attorneys sha.1I
give Court Administration at least two blocks of time, three days each, for a bearing
before the nndersigned Judge.
Partial accounting shaD be submitted to the Court, by the Executor, by February
2, 2008.

It is anticipated that the children will be filing a Petition to Exclude Petitioner
from the marital bome~ however, this Court will Dot rule on said issue until after tbe
hearing in tbis matter in June.
