1 Frederick Gerber has prosecuted this case while on active military duty. An
order was entered resolving the personal guardianship issue on December 21,
2001. The record on the petition of Marilyn Gerber for access to her mother is
completed except for the taking of the testimony of Mildred Gerber as directed in
the opinion in support of the order of December 21,2001. Mildred Gerber is
represented by counsel. The personal guardian's presence is not needed. We
will not open the record to take evidence from any source other than the
testimony of Mildred Gerber.
