received by the estate is Social Security. All Social Security payments are
sent directly to the care facility to cover expenses, both medical and personal.

benefits, with all amounts forwarded to C.R.O.S.S., Inc. for the personal
care home.

All income is sent directly to C.R.a.S.S., Inc., 712 Pinola Road, Shippensburg,
PA to be applied to the care and personal needs of Lonie Witmer.
