LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ALICE H. CAPONE also known as ALICE H. CAPONECCHIA,
a widow,
of the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,
Pennsylvania, do make this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:
I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to
pay my debts and funeral expenses.
I also confer upon my
Executrix the power to sell my realty and personalty upon such
discretion of my Executrix.

SECOND:
the proceeds as follows:
(a) Ninety Percent (90%) of the proceeds
to be divided equally among KAREN HEMZACEK, my niece; SHIRLEY
St.Clair, my niece; and JOHN P. INNES, my nephew.
(b) The remaining Ten Percent (10%) of the
proceeds shall be divided equally between my nephews, WILLIAM
G. HAGEMAN and FRED P. HAGEMAN.

THIRD: I appoint my niece, KAREN HEMZACEK, to be
the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. I direct
that my Executrix shall not be required to post bond to insure
the performance of her duty.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said ALICE H. CAPONE also
known as ALICE H. CAPONECCHIA, have to this my Last Will and
Testament set my hand and seal this 12th day of May, 2003.
