to Quash Subpoena filed by Richard C. Seneca, Esquire it is hereby Ordered that the
relief sought in the said motion is Granted and the Subpoena dated March 19, 2001,
and directed to Richard C. Seneca, Esquire is QUASHED and Attorney Seneca is
excused from attending the hearing on March 22, 2001.
