IN RE: MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS AND REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS
AND NOW, this ~'-~ay of ~ , 2001:,~ after
consideration of the attached MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA AND REQUEST
FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS, the Subpoenas dated March 19, 2001
and requests for production of documents contained therein issued
to Oren H. Kauffman, Chief of the New Cumberland Borough Police
Department, Corporal Robert S. Smee, Patrolman Joseph E.
Spadaccino and Patrolman James D. Burns, is hereby GRANTED. The
subpoenas and requests for documents dated March 19, 2001 are
hereby QUASHED, and Oren H. Kauffman, Chief of Police of the New
Cumberland Borough Police Department, Corporal Robert S. Smee,
Patrolman Joseph E. Spadaccino and Patrolman James D. Burns are
hereby relieved from attending any hearing in the above-captioned
matter pending further Order of Court.
