makc himself available by telephone on March 22, 2001, subject to thc ability of his
administrative assistant, Sara Greene, to find him, which may recluirc that he be pagcd, you will
cxcusc compliancc with thc subpoena issued yesterday, and I will refrain from filing an
emergency motion to quash thc subpoena. Plcasc indicate to the court that Dr. Cummings'
administrative assistant, Sara Orccnc, at 236-4682, cxt 22., can arrange his telcphonic appearance
on Thursday.

interaction among family members of his formcr patient Frcd E. Gcrbcr, Sr. If you have any
