I bequeath $5,000 to my grandson, Theodore Lee staub. III. I bequeath $5,000 to my grandson, Keith Anthony staub. IV. I bequeath $2,500 to my sister, Evelyn Gochenaur. v. I bequeath my silverware, my grandmother's gold watch, and my gold berry set to my daughter, Shirley I. Krader. It is my wish they not be sold. VI. I devise and bequeath the recreation camp, the mobile home and the land in Tuscora Township, Juanita County, Pennsylvania, along the Tuscora Creek to Shirley I. Krader. If she fails to survive me, I devise same to her sons, Theodore Lee Staub and Keith Anthony Staub. I direct that the property remain in the family and not be sold as long as there are heirs who wish to retain the camp and pay the taxes. VII. I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of whatever nature or wherever situated to my daughter, Slllrley I. Krader. VIII. In the event that my daughter should predecease me, I direct that my estate shall be divided in equal shares between my grandsons, Theodore Lee Staub and Keith Anthony staub. IX. I appoint my daughter, Shirley I. Krader, to be executrix of this my Last Will. In the event she fails to qualify or ceases to act, then I appoint Theodore Lee Staub and Keith Anthony Staub. X. I direct that my personal representatives need not file bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
