CONSENT
I, JANE N. HEFLIN, have reviewed the Petition to Sell Real Estate at Private Sale
Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §5521(b) for the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, an Incapacitated Person,
and I hereby consent to and approve of the sale of the real estate with improvements located at
623 Hilltop Drive, New Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania under the
terms of the Agreement of Sale dated November 6, 2002, by and between PNC Bank, N.A., as
Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, an Incapacitated Person, and Timothy C. Losh and
Joy M. Losh, husband and wife.
