ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, December 23, 2002, notice having been received that an
appeal has been taken in the above-captioned matter, IT IS ORDERED that
defendant shall file of record in this court and serve on this trial judge a
concise statement of matters complained of on appeal not later than fourteen
(14) days from this date. It is further ordered that defendant shall, within
fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the transcript, file in chambers, a
comprehensive brief in support of every allegation of error set forth in the
concise statement of matters complained of on appeal, together with
reference to any statutory authority, rule of court, case law and exact
reference to the transcript.
