ORDER
ANDNOW, this /~~dayof~~ .,2003, upon consideration of the
Petition for Approval of Advance Distribution of Real Estate filed by PNC Bank, N.A., the
Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that the
distribution of real estate with improvements situate in New Cumberland Borough, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as 623 Hilltop Drive, New Cumberland Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (the "Real Estate"), by PNC Bank, N.A., as Guardian of the
Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, an Incapacitated Person, to Frederick E. Gerber, II, as Executor of ,
the Estate of Mildred E. Gerber, Deceased, is hereby approved. The Executor is directed to
retain any proceeds of the sale of the Real Estate in an interest-beating escrow account until the
absolute confirmation of the First and Final Account of PNC Bank, N.A. as Guardian, at which
time the funds may be released to the Executor for administration under the Estate. Upon
distribution of the Real Estate to the Executor, PNC Bank, N.A. is released and discharged from
any liability relating to the Real Estate.
