PNC B~, N.A., it is hereby O~E~D and DEC~ED that said Motion is ~anted ~d:
1. The Subpoenas se~ed upon Je~ifer Conway ~d JeffRoes are hereby quashed;
2. A Protective Order is hereby issued prohibiting the deposition of Je~ifer
Conway, Denise Sullenberger, Creole Yon, JeffRoes ~d Bfi~ ~e~.
3. Mml~ J. Gerber is hereby prohibited from t~ing the deposition of ~y
employee of PNC B~, N.A. other than David Brown, Vice President ~d Trust Officer, which
deposition will t~e place May 20, 2004, at 1:00 pm, at the offices of~oads & Sinon LLP, ~e
- South Market Squ~e, H~sburg, Pe~sylv~ia.

Trustee.
