Order Pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4012, filed by Richard C. Rupp, Esquire, it is
hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that said Motion is granted and:
1. The Subpoenas served upon Richard Rupp, Esquire, Herbert Rupp,
Esquire, and Col. Frederick E. Gerber are quashed.
2. A Protective Order is hereby issued prohibiting the deposition of
Richard Rupp, Esquire, Herbert Rupp, Esquire, and Col. Frederick E.
Gerber.
