NOTICE OF APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that Marilyn Jo Gerber, respondent in the above captioned
action, hereby appeals to the Superior Court of Pennslyvania from this Court's order
in this matter on December 16,2002, approving the sale of real estate in New
Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennslyvania known and numbered as
623 Hilltop Drive, New Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennslyvania
by PNC Bank, N.A., as Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J Gerber, an Incapacitated
Person.
This above order has been ordered by this Court and is on the docket as
evidenced by the attached copy of the docket entries.
A certified copy by the Clerk of Orphans' Court of the docket entries is attached
to this Appeal.
A request for an official transcript of the above captioned matter has ~n
