AND NOW, thi(O day of , 2004, upon consideration of the
Joint Motion to Quash Subpoena and for Protec' Order Pursuant to Pa.R.c.P. 4012, filed by
PNC Bank, N.A., it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that said Motion is granted and:
1. The Subpoenas served upon Jennifer Conway and Jeff Roes are hereby quashed;
2. A Protective Order is hereby issued prohibiting the deposition of Jennifer
Conway, Denise Sullenberger, Carole Yon, Jeff Roes and Brian Rheam.
3. Marilyn J. Gerber is hereby prohibited from taking the deposition of any
employee of PNC Bank, N.A. other than David Brown, Vice President and Trust Officer, which
deposition will take place May 20,2004, at I :00 pm, at the offices of Rhoads & Sinon LLP, One

questions to those directly relevant to the Objections filed by Ms. Gerber to the following:
First and Partial Account of PNC Bank, N.A. ("PNC"), successor Trustee of the Mildred
J. Gerber Trust Under Agreement dated December 19, 1997, stating transactions from
October 3,2001 to October 20,2003; and the
First and Final Account of PNC Bank, N.A. as Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J.
Gerber, an Incapacitated Person, now deceased, stating transactions from March 23, 2001
to October 20,2003.
4. Marilyn J. Gerber's document requests are hereby limited to those documents
dated from March 2001 through the present which are not privileged, are directly relevant to
Marilyn J. Gerber's Objections filed, to the above Accounts, and relate to the Guardianship Estate
and Trust of Mildred J. Gerber as la(iministered by PNC Bank, N.A. as Guardian and Successor
Trustee.
