AND NOW, this 25th day of November, 2003,
upon consideration of the objections of Mildred J. Gerber
Estate and Trust, an Incapacitated Person per Decree Dated
03/22/01, with respect to the First and Final Account of PNC
Bank, NA, Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, an
Incapacitated Person, at No. 21-2001-92, William Duncan,
Esquire, is appointed auditor, and the accountant is .
afforded 20 days from today's date to file any response to
the objections which it deems proper. It is requested that
Mr. Duncan inquire into the status of a related Superior
Court appeal before proceeding further.
