Cause Advance Distribution of Tangible Personal Property from Guardian of the Estate
to Executor of the Estate, a Rule is hereby issued upon Marilyn J. Gerber to show cause
why PNC Bank, Guardian of the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, should not distribute the
tangible personal property of Mildred Gerber to Frederick E. Gerber, II, the Executor of
the Estate.
