RE: Gerber Audits
Dear Glenda:
I am hereby delivering to your office all the files regarding the Gerber audits
which were provided to my office by the Register of Wills.
The Objector, Marilyn Gerber requested that I make the documents available to
her to aid her in the preparation of legal documents associated with her objections.
In order to preserve the documents, delivery is being made to your office and the
documents will be housed in your office until such time as I require them.
Marilyn Gerber, the Objector, is authorized to review the documents, and make
photostatic copies at her expense, in accord with any procedures as to the original
public documents currently promulgated by the Register of Wills.
It is anticipated that I will be taking possession of the documents later.
