MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW, comes The Law Offices of Peter J. Russo, P.C., and sets forth the
following:
1. On the 20th day of November, 2007, the undersigned counsel, on behalf of
Petitioner, filed a Petition to Remove Administratix.
2. On the 29th day of November, 2007, the Honorable Judge J. Wesley Older,
Jr., issued a Rule upon the parties to show cause why Patricia Ann Wech should not be
permitted to withdraw as Administratrix of the decedent's estate in the above action.
That Rule was returnable twenty (20) days after service.
3. Over forty (40) days have elapsed since issuance of the Rule.
4. No party has filed a response.
WHEREFORE, Patricia Ann Wech, by and through her counsel, requests this
Court make the Rule Absolute and Order that Patricia Ann Wech is hereby removed as
Administratix of the decedent's estate in the above action.
