VERA B. MUSSER FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, OWNER, with an address in care of Letort
Management & Trust Company, 3130 Morningside Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
"Owner", has entered into a contract with MIONE FAMILY, INC., with a principal place of business at
102 Prince Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the purpose of repair of
efflorescence and water infiltration in the basement of the property of Owner situate at 95 Greenwood
Circle, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this c3 day of ~, 2007, before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for
the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration
of One Doliar ($1.OOj, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien Shall be foled against said
property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
installation and construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on Greenwood Circle at the western line of lands now or formerly of
Bjarni V. Magnusson and Stefnia Th. Magnusson; THENCE in a westwardly direction along
the northern line of Greenwood Circle by a curve to the right having a radius of two hundred
sixty (260) feet a distance of one hundred twenty-one and nine one-hundredths (121.09) feet to
a point; THENCE in a northwestwardly direction along line of lands now or late of Highspire
Sand and Gravel Company a distance of one hundred forty-five (145) feet to a point on line of
other lands now or formerly of Highspire Sand and Gravel Company; THENCE by the latter in
a eastwardly direction by a curve to the right having a radius of four hundred five (405) feet, a
distance of one hundred eighty-eight and sixty-one one-hundredths (188.61) feet to a point on
the western line of lands now or formerly of Bjarni V. Magnusson and Stefnia Th. Magnusson;
THENCE in a southwardly direction along the western line of said lands one hundred forty-five
(145) feet to a point on the northern line of Greenwood Circle, the place of BEGINNING;
BEING part of Lots Nos. 94, 95 and 96 on the Plan of Lots know as the Revised Plan of
Pennsboro Manor, which Plan is recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for
the County of Cumberland in Plan Book 3, Page 6.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the covenants, restrictions and conditions set forth in the deed
dated June 20, 1960 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed
Book X, Vol. 19, Page 68; excepting those, if any, restricting ownership or occupancy on the
basis of race, creed or color, which it is expressly intended shall not be imposed or reimposed
hereby.
AND UNDER AND SUBJECT NEVERTHELESS, to conditions, easements, restrictions and
other matters of record and any and all matters which an inspection or survey of the property
would disclose.
BEING the same premises which Benjamin G. Musser and Vera B. Musser, husband and wife,
by Deed dated September 17, 1996, and recorded in Deed Book 146, Page 174, Cumberland
County Recorder of Deed Office, granted and conveyed unto Vera B. Musser, Trustee of the
Vera B. Musser Family Revocable Trust under Agreement dated January 27, 1996 (Restated
January 10, 10997). Vera B. Musser, Trustee, died on March 26, 2003. PNC Bank, N.A.
named as Successor Trustee, declined its appointment as Successor Trustee. Pursuant to §8.03
of the Trust, LeTort Management & Trust Company was appointed Successor Trustee.
This Deed confirms that title to the real estate is held by LeTort Management & Trust Company
as Successor Trustee of the aforementioned Trust.
