AND NOW, this 11th day of January, 2008, the Court being made aware by the
Cumberland County Coroner that Reginald Waller, the incapacitated person, has died,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Faith, Hope and Love
Guardianship Services, Inc., P. O. Box 183, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, shall file a final
report with this Court pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. Section 5521 (c) on or before
March 11, 2008.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Sheriff of Cumberland County
shall personally serve the Guardian, Faith, Hope and Love Guardianship Services, Inc.,
with this Order.
