Dear Glenda:
I represent Samuel L. Zeeman who is attempting to have Letters of Administration issued
to him in the above referenced estate. A copy of your Decree and Citation issued in this
matter are enclosed herewith for your easy reference.
The advertising required pursuant to your decree should occur in Juniata and Columbia
Counties, respectively since the addresses of the persons we are attempting to notify are in
these counties. For your information, however, there are no legal journals published in
either Juniata County or Columbia County. We verified this information by contacting the
solicitors for both register of wills offices. The names and telephori~ Pllmbers oftheir
solicitors are as follows:

Under these circumstances, we are proceeding to advertise for three (3) consecutive weeks

DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW this 11th day of December, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition For Citation To Show
Cause Why Letters Testamentary Should Not Be Granted To Samuel L. Zeman, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that a citation is awarded, directed to the heirs of Gary M. Arnold, deceased, to:
(1) show cause why they should not apply for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Gary M.
Arnold, or in the alternative to show cause why such letters should not be granted to Samuel L. Zeman as an
"other fit persons." in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. 9 3155(b )(5).
(2) to deposit, if such exist, the Last Will and Testament of Gary M. Arnold with the Register of Wills.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that the Petitioner shall effect service of the citation by publication for the
other heirs and creditors of the estate whose whereabouts are unknown for three successive calendar weeks in
the county legal journal and in a newspaper of general circulation according to Pa Supreme Court Orphans'
Court Rule 5 .1 (c). Specifically, the notice shall be published for two sisters of the decedent, Sherry Arnold
and Jamie Shoop and for any creditors to the Estate of Gary M. Arnold.
