AND NOW, January 11, 2008, after having received a written request from Magisterial District Judge
Jessica E. Brewbaker that she has recused in Anderson Associates vs. Dawn & Associates Realty, it is here-
by directed that Magisterial District Judge Paula P. Correal be assigned to hear the case. The hearing is
scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at Judge Correal's office.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, February 5, 2008, the following special assignments of Magisterial District Judges are
made:
1. Thomas A. Placey, District 3-4, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,
2-2, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and 3-5 for the period beginning March 24, 2008, and continuing to
midnight March 30, 2008.
2. Susan K. Day, District 3-3, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1, 2-2
3-1, 3-2, 3-4, and 3-5 for the period beginning March 31, 2008, and continuing to mid-
night April 6, 2008.
3. Charles A. Clement, Jr., District 1-1, specially assigned to preside in District 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,
2-2, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning April 7, 2008, and continuing
to midnight April 13, 2008.
4. Paula P. Correal, District 2-1, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-2, 3-1,
3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning April 14, 2008, and continuing to midnight
April 20, 2008.
5. Robert V. Manlove, District 1-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts I-1, 1-3, 2-1, 2-2,
3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning April 21, 2007, and continuing to mid-
night April 27, 2008.
6. Harold E. Bender, District 3-1, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,
2-2, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning April 28, 2008, and continuing to mid-
night May 4, 2008.
7. Vivian J. Cohick, District 3-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,
2-2, 3-1, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning May 5, 2008, and continuing to mid-
night May 11, 2008.
8. Jessica E. Brewbaker, District 2-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,
3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning May 12, 2008, and continuing to mid-
night May 18, 2008.
9. Richard S. Dougherty, Jr., District 1-3, specially assigned to preside in District 1-1, 1-2, 2-1,
2-2, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning May 19, 2008, and continuing to
midnight May 25, 2008.

It is understood that the magisterial district judge specially assigned in this Order shall have
criminal and civil jurisdiction and authority of the assigned magisterial districts and shall continue
to exercise jurisdiction and authority in their elected or appointed magisterial district. The presiding
magisterial district judges of the assigned magisterial districts shall have full power and authority to
preside in their own districts during this period of special assignment. The purpose of these assign-
ments is to insure the availability at all times within this 9t' Judicial District of at least one magister-
ial district judge.
