Meli and SamCon Associates, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, by its duly authorized officers (OBLIGOR), jointly and severally, promise to pay to the order of Efthimios Panagos and 6437 Carlisle Pike, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporatinn (OBLIGEE), their heks, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, the principal sum of Seventy Thousand and 00/100 ($70,000.00) Dollars, with interest computed at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum, to be paid as follows. Obligor shall pay twelve (12) equal monthly installments of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars and one final balloon payment consisting of the entire remaining principal balance and all accrued interest and late charges, if any, which shall be due and payable on December 1, 2004. The first payment shall be due on January 1, 2004. All payments shall be applied first to payment of accrued interest and the balance to reduction of principal. All payments shall be due on the 1~t day of each month tmtil paid in full. Payments which are not received within ten (10) days of the due date shall be subject to a late payment penalty charge of five (5%) percent of the amount due.
