Levreault, of the Borough of New Cumberland, County ofCu~p~t1and aR~ (V, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore written by me. ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate. ITEM II. I direct that my body shall be cremated and my ashes disposed of at the convenience of the family. ITEM ill. I give, devise and bequeath the following item of personal property to the following named individuals: a) To my niece, Pamela Gates Schnitzius, my grandmother's gold watch; b) To my sister, Annalee B. Gates, the antique mantel clock; c) To my sister, Geraldine B. Massa, the modem carriage clock; d) To my two (2) sisters, Annalee B. Gates and Geraldine B. Massa, the good family jewelry to be divided between them. If they both want the same piece, decision shall be made by drawing lots. ITEM IV. I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Lionel P. Levreault, a life estate in my one third ('i'3) interest in the Bertha M. Bowers family farm located in Illinois. Ifmy husband should predecease me or fail to survive me for a period ofthirty (30) days or at the time of his death, I give, devise and bequeath my one third ('i'3) interest in said farm in equal shares to my two (2) sisters, Annalee B. Gates and Geraldine B. Massa, per stirpes and not per capita. ITEM V. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, whether it be real, personal or mixed, including property over which I have a power of appointment unto my husband, Lionel P. Levreault, absolutely, provided he survives me for a period ofthirty (30) days. Page 1 of 3 .. ~ ITEM VI. Should my said husband, Lionel P. Levreault, predecease me or fail to survive me for a period ofthirty (30) days, I then order and direct my hereinafter-named Co-Executors to convert my entire estate, except the above-mentioned specific bequest in Item III and Item IV, into cash at either public or private sale at either public or private sale, whenever in their discretion it may be most expedient for the proper administration of my estate. In the event of such conversion, I authorize my said Executors to execute a good and sufficient Warranty Deed to the purchaser of any real estate of which I may die seized, in the same manner and capacity as I could if living. ITEM VII. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid on the proceeds of the above conversion and on all the rest residue and remainder of my estate from the residue of my estate prior to further distribution. ITEM VIII. I then direct my hereinafter named Co-Executors to distribute all the rest residue and remainder of my estate, including the proceeds of the aforementioned conversion in the following manner: a) $1,000.00 to my brother-in-law, Leo Levreault, per capita and not per stirpes; b) $1,000.00 to my sister-in-law, Rita Levreault, per capita and not per stirpes; c) $1,000.00 to Rita Levreault (Mrs. Edgar Levreault), per capita and not per stirpes; d) The remainder of the residue shall be divided in equal shares among the following persons; my two (2) sisters, Annalee B. Gates, Geraldine B. Massa, my nieces and nephews named as follows; Pamela Gates Sehnitzius, Staey Gates Vaneil, Cathy Levreault, Carol Levreault, David Massa, Douglas Gates, Brian Gates, and Russell Levreault, per capita and not per-stirpes. ITEM IX. I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Lionel P. Levreault, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should he predecease me or be unable or unwilling to serve, I then nominate, constitute and appoint, David J. Massa and Pamela Gates Schnitzius, or the survivor of them, as Co-Executors in his place and stead.
