amended on August 2, 1999 and January 25, 2001
and
First and Partial Account for the Revocable Trust of
Fred E. Gerber, II, Successor-Trustee established
by Fred E. Gerber, Sr., on July 29, 1994
Dear Judge Hoffer:
Per your request, I am writing to you to request a Status Conference in regard
to the above two Accountings. As I indicated in my prior correspondence, we are
finalizing an Amended and Restated Account for both the Frederick E. Gerber, Sr.,
Irrevocable Trust on behalf of the accountant, Frederick E. Gerber, II, and an
Amended and Restated Account for the Revocable Trust of Mildred J. Gerber on
behalf of the accountant, Frederick E. Gerber, II.
We expect those to be filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court by next
week. As such, we believe that a Status Conference to be held in your Chambers on
Monday, November 25, in the morning, would give ample time to all parties involved
to review the Amended and Restated Accounts and determine how the accountant
has addressed the two sets of Objections, one set being from PNC Bank as Guardian
of Mildred J. Gerber's Estate and the other set from Marilyn J. Gerber, Mildred J.
Gerber's daughter.
