STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Donald R Gay Shannon A. Gay Gary L. Gross and Ruth M. Gross entered into a contract
with Alfieri Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary
for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon these certain pieces of
parcels of land situated in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE APART HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned builder/contractor, any sub-
contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said builder/contractor under
this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the
said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County Prothonotary within ten
(10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case
provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this day of 30th
day of November, 2007.

Exhibit "A"
ALI_ that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of--way line of Hunt Place, said point being a common corner with Lot 7 of the Final
Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, of which this is a part; THENCE, along Lot 7 and Lot 8 of the aforementioned plan, of which this
is a part; North 09 degrees, 30 minutes, 1 ] seconds East, for a distance of 165.00 feet to a point, said point being a common corner
with Lot 5 of the aforementioned plan, of which this is a part; thence, along Lot 5, South 80 degrees, 29 minutes, 49 seconds East,
for a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, thence, along the same, South 03 degrees, 07 minutes, 02 seconds East, for a distance of 119.09
feet to a point, said point being on the right-of--way cul-de-sac of Hunt Place; thence, along said right-of--way cul-de-sac, along an arc
of a curve, curving to the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc length of 48.31 feet, the chord of which being South 59 degrees,
12 minutes, 18 seconds West, for a distance of 46.45 feet to a point, said point being on the northern right-of--way line of Hunt Place;
thence along said northern right-of--way, along an arc of a curve, curving to the right, having a radius of 30.00 feet, an arc length of
35.59 feet, the chord of which being South 65 degrees, 30 minutes, 54 seconds West, for a distance of 33.54 feet to a point; thence,
along the same, North 80 degrees, 29 minutes, 49 seconds West, for a distance of 62.78 feet to a point, the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 17,762 square feet of land.
SUBJECT to a variable width drainage easement in the northern and eastern portion of the lot.
BEING Lot 6 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, as recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18, of Cumberland County Records.
