ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of June, 2001, upon
consideration of Plaintiff Marilyn J. Gerber's Motion To Compel
Discovery and for Sanctions, Defendant's Response to Motion To
Compel Discovery and for Sanctions, Plaintffs' Motion To Make Rule
Absolute and Defendant's Answer to Motion To Make Rule Absolute
and Amended Response to Motion To Compel Discovery and for
Sanctions, and following a discovery conference held in the
chambers of the undersigned judge, it is ordered and directed that
Defendant make available for inspection and copying at the office
of counsel for Plaintiff Marilyn J. Gerber all checks written on
the "Schwab account" during the years 2000 and 2001 (to date) .
In the event that the parties are not able to agree
upon a mutually convenient time for this inspection and copying,
the inspection and copying shall occur on Friday, July 13, 2001,
at 1:30 p.m. at the aforesaid office of Plaintiff's counsel, (300
Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
All other relief requested by either party is denied.
