AND NOW, this 15th day of January, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for
Adjudication of Partial Incapacity and Appointment of Limited Guardian of the Estate in
Accordance with 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. S 5511,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that this Court award a citation
directed to Tracy A. McHale, the Alleged Partially Incapacitated Person, and to such
other persons as this Court may direct to show cause why she should not be adjudged a
partially incapacitated person, and why Michael J. McHale and Karin M. McHale should
not be appointed limited guardians of her estate as it applies to her Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company Annuity Structured Settlement.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Mark Bayley, Esquire, is
appointed to represent Tracy A. McHale. A hearing on this matter will be held on
Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at 3:30 p.m. in Courtroom No.5 of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
