The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.3)]. A
sibling is defined under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

this my Last Will and Testament and revoke all fornler Wills by Iue at any time
heretofore nlade.
FIRST
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, TIMOTHY J. SPANGLER, as my
Executor of IUY Last Will and Testament. My said Executor in addition to those powers
allowed by law shall have full power at his discretion to do any and all things necessary
for the complete administration of my estate, including but not limited to the power to
sell at public or private sale, and without Order of Court, any property belonging to my
estate, to compound, compromise or otherwise settle or adjust any and all claims,
charges, debts and demands whatever against or in favor of my estate, as fully as I could
do if living. No bond shall be required of anyone appointed executor of nlY will.
SECOND
I order and direct my Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as conveniently possible after my death.

I direct my said Executor to pay all estate, inheritance, and succession taxes on
propel1y passing under this will out of my estate so that all devises, legacies, and other

the proceeds of said sale as follows:

Senior Citizens Center in Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania;
D. I give five (5%) percent ofn1Y estate unto Harry and Shirley
Jolmson, husband and wife, of 5845 Susquehanna Drive,
York, Pennsylvania.
