Jacob, a minor, by Decree of this Honorable Court dated June 22, 1998. 3. Lindsey D. Jacob and Kristin N. Jacob are the sole beneficiaries of the Estate of George J. Jacob ("Estate"), their father, who died on March 7, 1998, which Estate is being administered by Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company pursuant to the grant of Letters of Administration by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on April 2, 1998. 4. Your Petitioner has been informed that Lindsey D. Jacob and Kristin N. Jacob wish to take distribution in kind of decedent's real estate known as 45 Old Farm Road, Camp Hill (Hampden Township), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, having a value of approximately $200,000.00, currently occupied by the beneficiaries' grandfather, George J. Jacob, Sr. 5. The non-real estate assets in the Estate are insufficient to discharge and extinguish all of the debts, liabilities, inheritance taxes and costs of the administration of the Estate. 009589-00002/4.28.99/EGM/DLM/122232.1 6. The Administrator of the Estate estimates that each beneficiary will have to contribute approximately $7,250.00 to facilitate settlement of the Estate in order to receive distribution in kind of the decedent's real estate. 7. Your Petitioner is safeguarding approximately $106,300.00 in its capacity as Guardian of the Estate of Lindsey D. Jacob, the income from which is augmented by monthly paYments of $287.22 for civil service survivor benefits and is more than sufficient to provide for the care, maintenance and education of Lindsey D. Jacob. 8. The expenditure of $7,250.00 from the principal of the minor's assets safeguarded by your Petitioner will not materially impair, compromise or prejudice your Petitioner's ability to continue to pay for the care, support and education of Lindsey D. Jacob from the income. 9. Lindsey D. Jacob by her natural guardian, her mother, Diane Jacob, joins in this Petition and consents to the relief requested which Consent is incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter a Decree to authorize your Petitioner to advance a sum not to exceed $7,250.00 of the principal of minor's funds to the administrator of the Estate of George J.
