hereinafter ca d the ontractor, a contract for the erection or constructi n of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot
of ground known as 4 Red Hawk Drive, Lot 84 @ Timberland Estates, Shippensburg, PA 17257, Southampton Township,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Meadowland Homes, Inc. is
the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Plan Book 94 Page 14; and
,~otu, January 3, 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
aCC~ig stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in Southampton Township,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin on the Eastern side of Red Hawk Drive, a 50-foot
wide street, at corner of Lot No. 83 as shown on a plan of lots hereinafter referred to;
thence by said Lot No. 83, South 76 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds East, 100.00 feet to a
set iron pin on line of lands now or formerly of Paul E. Stark; thence along the latter,
South 13 degrees 28 minutes 17 seconds West, 91.67 feet to a set iron pin at corner of Lot
No. 85 on said plan; thence by said Lot No. 85, North 76 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds
West, 100.00 feet to a set iron pin on the Eastern side of the aforementioned Red Hawk
Drive; thence along the Eastern side of Red Hawk Drive, North 13 degrees 28 minutes 17
seconds East, 91.67 feet to a set iron pin on the Eastern side of Red Hawk Drive, a 50-
foot wide street, at corner of Lot No. 83 on said plan, being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 84 AND CONTAINING 9,167 square feet as per survey
entitled "Subdivision Plan -Timberland Estates -Phase 2, Southampton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania", prepared by Martin and Martin, Incorporated, dated
March 14, 2006, with revisions, which, together with the necessary municipal approvals,
is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, PA, in Plan
Book Volume 94, Page 14.
BEING the same premises which Hampton Hills Development Company, by Deed dated
October 27, 2005, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the
County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, in Book 271, Page 3295, granted and conveyed
unto The Willow Group, LLC, Grantor herein.
