THIS AGR88M8NT made this /~~day of January 2008, by and
between R0B8RT 3TRAIIS88R AND SONS, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,

RO88RT W. STRAIISSBR AND OLYMPIA STRAIISSBR, Husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland Couaty, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #3, (Glenwood
Terrace).
NOW THBRSFORB, THIS AGR88M8NT WITN8338T8: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of Glenwood Road (50 feet wide),
said point being the southwest corner of Lot 2 on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence
along the western line of Lot 2, North 02 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
161.89 feet to a point at the northwest corner of Lot 2 and lands now or formerly of Edward
Q. and Janet L. Allison; thence along the southern boundary line of lands now or formerly
of Allison, North 82 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 60.21 feet to a point at
the northeast corner of Lot 4; thence along the eastern boundary line of Lot 4, South 02
degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 107.65 feet to a point at the southeast
corner of Lot 4 and the northern right-of--way line of Glenwood Road; thence along
Glenwood Road by a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet and an arc length of
40.32 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same by a curve to the left having a radius
of 50.00 feet and an arc length of 40.32 feet to a point, the point of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot 3 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Glenwood Terrace prepared by Hoover
Engineering Services, lnc., said plan being recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 93, Page 75.
