AND NOW, this 17th day of January, 2008, having received no response to the Citation issued on
November 27,2007, to show cause why the heirs ofMarci Seaman Hollenback should not apply for
Letters Testamentary or of Administration of her estate, or in the alternative, to show cause why such
letters should not be granted to Long Meadows Townehouses Association, Inc. as "other fit persons." in
accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. 9 3l55(b )(5), IT IS DECREED that upon the proper execution and
filing of the probate documents by Long Meadows Townehouses Assocations, Inc., that Letters of
Administration shall be issued to Long Meadows Townehouses Associations, Inc. as requested in their
Petition for Citation to Compel Administration of Estate and to Produce Last Will and Testament which
was filed on November 19, 2007.
