TAX LIEN FOR DELINQUENT HOTEL ROOM RENTAL TAXES
The County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, hereby files its tax lien for delinquent hotel room
rental taxes, late fees and interest against Sanghani LLC, 42446 Red Stone Terrace, Brambleton, VA
20148-5679, owner, and FD Carlisle LLC, 2101 Oregon Pike, Box 5200, Lancaster, PA 17608-5200,
operator, and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 1155 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
and bearing tax parcel number 21-07-0467-049. (See property description attached).
Hotel Room Rental Taxes for 2007 (All Estimated):
October -December, estimated:
October: $1,815.00
November: 1,112.00
December: 770.00
Total Hotel Room Rental Taxes Owing: $3,697.00
Interest at 9% per annum 156.61
Late Fees: (June-December; 8 x $100.00): 800.00
Total Taxes and Late Fees: $4,653.61
Plus Costs
Together with interest at the rate of $0.91 per day from January 31, 2008.
The Hotel Room Rental Taxes, late payment. fees and interest are levied pursuant to the authority of
the County Code, Act of August 9, 1955, P.L. 323, § 1770.2, as amended, 16 P.S. § 1770.2, as
amended, and Cumberland County Ordinance No. 2001-3. This tax lien is filed in accordance with
the general municipal law, Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207 § 9, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7143, as
amended.

BETWEEN
Second State Enterprises, Inc., of 20 Spring Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
called GRANTOR,
AND
Sanghani, LLC, of 1239 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey in fee simple, to
the said Grantees,
ALL the following described real estate lying and being situate Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and limited as follows;
BEGINNING at a point, said point being the common property corner at the
southeast corner of the property owned now or formerly by Curtis M. Barnett,
recorded in Deed Book N30, page 1075 and the southwest corner of Lot 1,
recorded in Deed Book Z34, Page 675; thence along the southern boundary line
of Lot 1, North 54 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, 5400 feet to an existing
iron rebar pin; thence along the western side of property owned now or formerly
by B HG Property LLC, recorded in Deed Book 241, page 890, South 76
degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East, 195.93 feet to a point; thence along the
northern boundary line of newly created Lot 2B, South 54 degrees 25 minutes
00 seconds West, 613.21 feet to a point; thence along the eastern side of the
existing 25 foot right-of-way of Shady Lane, T-510, North 32 degrees 19
minutes 50 seconds West, 305.04 feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees 25
minutes 00 seconds East, 124.96 feet to a point, said point of beginning.
Containing 4.7I acres more or less, subject to any easements, rights-of--way or
deed restrictions as may be recorded.
BEING Lot 2A is a subdivision of Lot 2, previously recorded in Deed Book
G-26, Page 270.
THE above described real estate is a part of the same real estate that John J.
Enck, Jr. and Linda L. Enck,( subsequently known as Linda L. Rase as a result
of subsequent divorce and remarriage), by deed dated April 12, 2004, and
recorded among the records of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 262, Page 2423, conveyed unto Second State
Enterprises, Inc., Grantor herein.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a multiparty access easement as per the recorded land
development plan.
ALSO, SUBJECT to any and all restrictions, conditions and reservations of
record.
AND the said Grantor will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
