Letters Testamentary or of Administration for the Estate of C. Evelyn Stewart a.k.a Charlotte Evelyn
Stewart, or in the alternative, to show cause why such letters should not be granted to Mr. David Gussie, as
an "other fit persons." in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. S 3155(b)(5).
