I, MARY R. BALTES, of the North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:
I hereby order and direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of
my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property of whatsoever
nature and kind and wheresoever situate at the time of my death to my children in equal
shares, the child or children of any deceased child taking the share the parent would have
taken if living.
LASTL Y:
I nominate, constitute and appoint PAUL A. BALTES, JR., to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should PAUL A. BALTES, JR., be unable
to act, renounce or refuse to serve for any reason, or die leaving any part of my estate
unadministered, I nominate and appoint LAWRENCE J. BALTES to act as Executor in his
place and stead. No Executor shall be required to file bond in this or any other jurisdiction.

Will.

priority for appointment as Personal Representative under the Will pursuant to the provisions of ARS
S 14-3203 because he is nominated as Personal Representative in decedent's Will.

waived in the Will.

An Application for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative has been
submitted by PAUL A. BALTES, requesting admission to probate of the Will of decedent dated March 7,
2000, and the appointment of PAUL A. BALTES as the Personal Representative to administer decedent's
Estate.
The undersigned has found compliance with ARS 914-3303 and 914-3308 and is satisfied that said
Will is entitled to probate and that PAUL A. BALTES is entitled to appointment as Personal Representative
under all applicable provisions of ARS Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 3.
THEREFORE, the Will of MAR YR. BALTES dated March 7,2000, is admitted to informal probate.
FURTHER, PAUL A. BALTES is appointed as Personal Representative of decedent's Estate without
bond and Letters shall be issued upon said Personal Representative accepting.

I, MARY R. BALTES, of the North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:
I hereby order and direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of
my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property of whatsoever
nature and kind and wheresoever situate at the time of my death to my children in equal
shares, the child or children of any deceased child taking the share the parent would have
taken if living.
LASTL Y:
I nominate, constitute and appoint PAUL A. BALTES. JR.. to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should PAUL A. BALTES. JR.. be unable
to act, renounce or refuse to serve for any reason, or die leaving any part of my estate
unadministered, I nominate and appoint LAWRENCE J. BALTES to act as Executor in his
place and stead. No Executor shall be required to file bond in this or any other jurisdiction.

The undersigned represented MARY R. BALTES, who died March 16,
2001. She died domiciled in Tucson, Arizona, and her Estate was probated and
settled there. Her son, PAUL A. BALTES, JR. was the Executor of her Estate. The
only asset she owned in Pennsylvania was her former home located at 1831 Basin Hill
Boulevard, which was sold by the Estate for $146,000.00, on March 30, 2001.
Knowing that Inheritance Taxes would be due, we made a payment on account of
Inheritance Tax (in discount) in the amount of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars.
PAUL A. BALTES, JR., died December 27, 2003. The undersigned has personal
knowledge of the assets and deductions of her Estate, having handled her real estate
transaction, and a copy of the settlement sheet showing all costs is attached to the
Inheritance Tax Return. No successor Executor was appointed by the Court.
