STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this~f day of 2008, by
and between `
ROLAND BUILDER, INC. hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
WILLIAM A. WRAP, JR. and RAY G. WRAY, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a single family dwelling
situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof known as Lot 4, Liberty Point,
Mechanicsburg, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of {$1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or lot of land situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western dedicated right of way line of Liberty
Cove at the dividing line of Lot 4 herein conveyed and Lot 3 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence along the western dedicated right of
way line of Liberty Cove South 22 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of
30.59 feet to a point; thence following a curve to the left with a radius of 280.00 feet
an arc length of 61.91 feet, a chord bearing of South 28 degrees 44 minutes 07
seconds East, and a chord length of 61.79 feet to an iron pin on the dividing line of
Lot 4A; thence along Lot 4A South 53 degrees 23 minutes 13 seconds West, a
distance of 161.76 feet to an iron pin on the property line of lands now or formerly
of the High Meadows Subdivision; thence along lands of the High Meadows
Subdivision North 22 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 131.69 feet
to an iron pin on the dividing line of aforementioned Lot 3; thence along Lot 3
North 67 degrees 35 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin
on the western dedicated right of way line of Liberty Cove, the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING an area of 17,050 square feet or 0.39 acres and being Lot 4 on the
Final Subdivision Plan for Liberty Point dated December 19, 2005, prepared by
Madden Engineering Services, Inc. and recorded in Recorder of Deeds Cumberland
County in Plan Book 92, Page 136.
