ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of hampden, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the southerly right-of-way line of Iverness Drive, twenty-five (25) feet from the
centerline of the same and being a front property corner of Lot 44;
Thence along said Lot 44, South 42 degrees 17 minutes 19 seconds West (S 42 17' 19"W) a distance of 149.06
feet to a point, said point being on line of lands now or formerly of Central Pennsylvania Conference of United
Methodist Churches;
Thence along said lands, North 43 degrees 39 minutes 41 seconds West (N 43 39' 41" W) a distance of 112.92
feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lot 46;
Thence along said Lot 46, North 56 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East (n 56 36' 00" E) a distance of 155.14
feet to a point on said southerly right-of-way;
Thence along said southerly right-of-way, by a curve to the left having a radius of 350.00 feet an arc distance of

distance of 74.86 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
