WAIVER OF MECHANICS LIEN
WHEREAS, RINE LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Pennsylvania
corporation, with principal office at 19 Independence Drive,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, entered into agreement with RINE & RINE
BIIILDERS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, with principal office
at 19 Independence Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, for the
erection of a dwelling house upon each of the following five lots
owned by Rine Land Development, Inc., being situate in Southampton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as
Lots 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63, in subdivision known as Timberland
Estates, and being the same which was conveyed to Owner by deed
recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Record Books and
Instrument No. 200801381.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration herein set forth that neither the undersigned
contractor, nor any sub-contractor or materialmen, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for
work done or materials furnished to said building or any part
thereof .
